Hi! We’re Emily and Mike, AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teachers. We teach AT lessons & classes in the Lawrenceville neighborhood and around the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.

We love helping people overcome chronic pain and excess tension so they can learn to move and think in new ways. Through private lessons and group classes we teach students how to “turn up the house lights” on their habitual movements, giving them time to redirect their energy into moving well, feeling well, and living well!

We’ve worked with students from diverse backgrounds and with wide-ranging interests, including yoga students, office workers, meditators, athletes, body workers, bakers, musicians, actors, dancers, librarians, scientists and more.
